Dry Anari Cheese

Traditional Anari cheese is produced from the remaining whey that drains off during halloumi cheese production. After its collection, it is then placed in strainers that allow further drainage and shaped in moulds. Anari Cheese is widely used in Cyprus cuisine and in its dry form can by ideally grated on any pasta dish. Innovating once again, Zita manages to launch the first Low Fat version of this product with just 3% fat (2% saturated fat) which is 10 times lower than the traditional version.
